ABOUT

I’m a writer and curator with a PhD in Theatre & Performance Studies. My work broadly explores contemporary performance and visual art projects that respond to issues surrounding violence, space, disappearance, attunement, and memory across North America. I recently curated a performance series at FADO Performance Art Centre that examined collective and personal grief. I spend time working with Bookclub for Inmates, and am a core curatorial member of The Toronto Performance Art Collective (TPAC) where we produce the 7a11d International Festival of Performance. I teach Critical Theory and Philosophy at Dance Arts Institute (formerly School of Toronto Dance Theatre) and previously was part of the Integrated Arts Education Department at Hart House (University of Toronto). In 2022 I held the position of Educator-in-Residence at The Blackwood Gallery where I created the Attunement Sessions.
